Lakshman Gagh', also known as chadi in maps and official documents, it is considered as chadi. It is popular and usually the name is taken as lakshman nagar . It contain a vast area in the marwar region. It has a variety of flora and fauna like desert deer black buck deer and trees and bushes like khejdi and other desert plants. Some new zamindars were old rajas == History== Lashman nagar was ruled by the landlord of that area which are known as zamindar. It is a hereditary ruling system which was there till India got independence. For centuries and time more than that this area was ruled by a royal zamindar family Maderna family. The notable and famous personality for that area were Lashman singh ji maderna which were the second last zamindar of that area. Lashman singh ji maderna had a very popular image of being a kind hearted but he was a very brave and justice loving personality. He and his ancestors ruled the area for more than a half thousand years. The last zamindar (landlord) of this area were Nathuram ji maderna. The last landlord Still had more than 2000 bigah zamin (land) with him. this land is more than 1300 acres of land.
